摘要
Transport properties of lutetium bisphthalocyanine (Pc2Lu) thin films have been studied in coplanar geometry with several different intervals between gold electrodes. Analysis of Ohmic and surlinear parts of the current affords the intrinsic character of the conductivity, the drift mobility being very high (2 cm2/V s) for an evaporated thin film. An interpretation of Ohmic and space-charge-limited conductivity (SCLC) currents is given. © 1990.
