摘要
The infrared vibrational frequencies of the nitrate, nitrite, cyanide, cyanate, thiocyanate and ferro- and ferri-cyanide anions determined in aqueous solution, by attenuated total reflection spectroscopy, are compared with the corresponding frequencies in the solid state and with the Raman frequencies. The usefulness of the ATR method for qualitative identification of these anions in aqueous solution and for the quantitative analysis of nitrate/nitrite mixtures have been demonstrated. © 1969.
