摘要
This paper describes the effect of substrate preparation processes on the structure, magnetic and read/write properties of electrolessly deposited disks. Electroless CoP films were deposited on glass substrates as recording layers. In this study, we found that the magnetic properties and read/write properties could be improved by the insertion of an intermediate step into the normal substrate preparation process.
