摘要
A superlattice structure electroluminescent diode consisting of alternating layers of organic dye molecules have been fabricated by organic molecular beam deposition. The luminescence spectrum of the diode depends on the layer structure. The mechanism of the emission has been discussed using the energy band model of the superlattice structure.
