摘要
The optimization of all parameters which govern the response of a biosensor is generally very difficult. Flow-injection analysis with an immobilized enzyme reactor (IER) is considered as a complementary method or possibly an alternative to a biosensor. Similarly, the proposed batch experiments with an IER, can in many instances advantageously replace the biosensor. The principle consists of successive insertions of appropriate IERs into the cell solution after a steady-state current output has been recorded from the interfering species present in the solution. Selected examples of enzymatic assays in food samples, aimed either at eliminating electrochemical interferences or allowing multi-substrate determinations are reported and discussed.
