摘要：

The virulence of three species of Vibrio bacteria was tested in juveniles of P. japonicus. Direct intramuscular injections of V. alginolyticus, V. parahaemolyticus and V anguillarum resulted in mortalities up to 100% depending on injected doses and times of exposure. Based on LD50 values at 24 h, V. alginolyticus was the most virulent, followed by V. parahaemolyticus and V. anguillarum in that order.
