摘要
N2, O2′, O5′-Tribenzoylguanosine has been obtained as a pure crystalline compound. The di-ribonucleoside phosphates: guanylyl-(3′ → 5′)-uridine[GpU] and cytidylyl-(3′ → 5′)-uridine[CpU] have been prepared in moderate yields by the condensation (in pyridine solution with mesitylenesulphonyl chloride as the condensing agent) between 2′,3′-di-O-acetyluridine 5′-phosphate and, respectively, N2,O2′,O5′-tribenzoylguanosine and N4,O2′,O5′-triacetylcytidine. The GpU was completely digested to guanosine 3′-phosphate and uridine in the presence of pancreatic ribonuclease. © 1968.
