摘要
The purpose of this paper was to determine the mechanism of corrosion of Si//3N//4 by Na//2CO//3. The corrosion kinetics of samples coated with thin films of salt are studied using thermogravimetry and chemical analysis. A range of materials are examined to determine whether the corrosion mechanism can be generally applied to silicon-containing materials and to determine the role of additives.
