摘要
A comparison is made between the ir shifts of the (X-H) stretching frequency of (X-H · Acceptor) interactions in the gas phase and in solution. This confirms the specific dipolar interaction theory of v(X-H) solvent shifts and the {A figure is presented} view that weak interactions such as {A figure is presented} differ only in degree and not type, from strong interactions such as {A figure is presented}. © 1969.
