摘要
This paper presents new results of electrochemical measurements using interdigitated array electrodes fabricated in silicon technology. The electrochemical amplification of current response at this type of electrode is based on the principle of electrochemical recycling of redox-active species. In combination with a silicon micromachined flow channel an electrochemical detector for sensitive flow analysis has been constructed.
