摘要
The specific conductivities of molten AlCl3-LiCl mixtures have been measured as a function of composition (50-75 mole percent A1C13) and temperature using an a-c impedance bridge. These data are well represented by an empirical polynomial which expresses specific conductivity as a function of composition and temperature with an over-all root mean square error of 0.5%. Equivalent conductivities are computed for the AlCl3-LiCl mixtures from the experimental data and densities previously measured in this laboratory. The computed conductivities displayed Arrhenius temperature dependence, enabling temperature independent activation energies to be derived. © 1979, The Electrochemical Society, Inc.
