摘要
Thin biological/organic surface coatings have been investigated by LRM. Phenyl groups in monolayer coatings are detectable by either surface enhanced standard Raman techniques, or with the aid of high quantum efficiency parallel detectors, without surface enhancement. The spectra suggest that the phenyl groups are oriented parallel to the substrate.
