摘要
Clock extraction from an optically or electrically injected 2(23) - 1 PRBS RZ data signal in a two-section ridge waveguide DFB laser with a new type of selfpulsation is demonstrated between 0.4 and 0.7 GHz. A locking range of 50 MHz is measured.
