摘要
Low temperature specific heat measurements on Nb-Ta alloys up to 40at.%Ta have been performed. The electronic specific heat coefficient behaves anomalously and shows a maximum at around 6at.%Ta in contrast to the Debye and superconducting transition temperatures which both decrease monotonically with addition of Ta to Nb. © 1969.
