摘要
Measurements of partial specific volume, intrinsic viscosity, sedimentation equilibrium, and photon correlation spectroscopy were carried out for aqueous solutions of eight pullulan fractions with narrow molecular weight distributions. The double-logarithmic plots for the intrinsic viscosity vs molecular weight, and for the diffusion coefficient at infinite dilution vs molecular weight deviate from the straight line at the lower molecular weight region. It was confirmed that pullulan molecules behave as random coils in water as a good solvent.
