摘要
Cell suspension culture of Nicotiana tabacum converts 1,1,1-trifluoroheptane-2-one and 1,1,1-trifluorooctane-2-one to 1,1,1-trifluoroheptane-2-ol and 1,1,1-trifluorooctane-2-ol. The carbonyl group of 1,1,1-trifluoroheptane-2-one and 1,1,1-trifluorooctane-2-one is reduced more rapidly than that of heptane-2-one and octane-2-one.
