摘要
Radiation-induced changes of the microhardness, fundamental absorption, acousto-optical properties, electron spin reflection signal, impurity and intrinsic infrared absorption of a-As2S3 are investigated. It is established that the data are accounted for by two interconnected processes - coordination defect formation and impurity radiolysis. These results are discussed in terms of soft atomic configurations theory.
