摘要
Pyruvat-(Glyoxyiat-)Aminotransferase wurde in den peroxysomalen und mitochondrialen Matrices und in der löslichen Fraktion des Rattenleberhomogenats gefunden. Die lösliche Aktivität stammt aus zerstörten Peroxysomen. Wegen der verschiedenen Löslichkeit des peroxysomalen und des mitochondrialen Enzyms in Digitoninlösung lassen sich diese Aktivitäten getrennt bestimmen. © 1979 Walter de Gruyter & Co.
