摘要
An equation that predicts downcoming long‐wave radiation from clear skies on the basis of screen air temperature and vapor pressure has been developed. It fits measured data at extremes of temperature and humidity better than existing equations, and exhibits comparable accuracy at intermediate values. This paper is not subject to U.S. copyright. Published in 1979 by the American Geophysical Union.
