摘要
A new method for the sampling of individual raindrops and a new analytical method to determine the type and concentration of the main cations and anions, as well as the free and total acidity in each rain drop have been developed. The main results of our microanalytical investigation are described. These results show that strict relationships exist between the concentration of the ions and the drop radius. These show that for a given ion the concentration decreases with increasing drop size for drops larger than 0.2 mm. These concentration relationships were found to change in a characteristic manner as the rain event proceeds.
