摘要
The differential cross section for the inelastic scattering of monoenergetic atoms from a hard corrugated crystal surface is derived in the one-phonon approximation, and expressed in terms of surface projected phonon densities. The present result, valid for all corrugation amplitudes, is compared with those obtained in the small corrugation limit, for example by means of rainbow theory in the eikonal approximation, or in the distorted wave Born approximation. © 1979.
