摘要
1. 1. The effect of ecdysterone on N-acetyl-1-14C-glucosamine incorporation into O. obscurus chitin in vivo was studied at various stages of the molt cycle. 2. 2. One hour after and 24 hr after injecting ecdysterone, 14C-N-acetylglucosamine was injected and allowed to be incorporated for one hour. 3. 3. A significant increase in incorporation of acetylglucosamine during intermolt and early premolt was observed after the 24 hr ecdysterone treatment. 4. 4. The one hour ecdysterone treatment had no effect. © 1979.
