摘要
The susceptibility of 23 strains of B. bronchiseptica has been examinated by agar diffusion method. All the strains were susceptible to amoxicillin, ticarcillin, mezlocillin, piperacillin, cefoperazone, moxalactam, imipenem, kanamycin, gentamicin, netilmicin, amikacin, nalidixic acid, pefloxacin, ciprofloxacin, sulphonamides, erythromycin and intermediate or resistant to mecillinam, cephalothin, cefamandole, cefoxitin, cefotaxime, cefuroxime, aztreonam, streptomycin, spectinomycin, pipemidic acid, fosfomycin, and trimethoprim. The susceptibility patterns of beta-lactams individualized a beta-lactamase phenotype (a synergy was demonstrated between amoxicillin and clavulanic acid). The comparative study of the susceptibility to some beta-lactams (e.g. cefamandole and cefotaxime) and aminoglycosides (e.g. gentamicin) showed a easy differentiation between strains of B. bronchiseptica, A. faecalis and A. xylosoxydans.
