摘要
An analysis of the fluorescent spectra of corticosterone and cholesterol sulfuric acid products using orthogonal polynomials has enabled a calculation of corticosterone contributions in the presence of large amounts of cholesterol. The range of percentage recovery of corticosterone from mixtures with cholesterol with this method was 80 to 120%, whereas the same data gave a range of 95 to 310% when only the values at 525 mμ, the fluorescent peak for corticosterone, were utilized. © 1968.
