摘要
The fixed vascular resistance observed in transplanted lungs and attributed to denervation can be avoided by angioplastic widening of the pulmonary artery anastomosis. With distensible arterial anastomoses, autografted and allografted lungs vasodilate normally with increased flow and can sustain dogs whose contralateral pulmonary artery is ligated immediately after lung transplantation.
