摘要
An integrated mirrorless bistable optical device based on the Mach-Zehnder interferometric optical switch has been proposed and demonstrated experimentally using a Ti:LiNbO3 waveguide. The resulting device is capable of combining more than two of them to realise multifunctional optical devices such as optical multivibrators. © 1979, The Institution of Electrical Engineers.
