摘要
We have calculated the angular dependence of the sticking probability on a 2D PES proposed earlier for the adsorption of H-2 and D2 on Cu(111). We assume normal energy scaling for the energy of the incoming molecule. Good agreement of the theoretical data on the angular variation of the sticking coefficient at different energies is achieved with recent experimental data.
