摘要
The Overlapping Resolution Mapping (ORM) method has been applied to predict the best mobile phase composition for the separation of eleven substituted phenols. This separation was carried out by HPLC using reversed-phase isocratic elution and UV detection with a diode array detector. The effect of temperature on the separation process was also taken into account. The optimized method was applied to identify phenols in waste and drinking water.
