摘要
The authors examine the temperature dependence of the InGaAs detector response, which extends our spectral response with Nd:YAG laser excitation to the higher Stokes-shifted lines; and, for obtaining spectra closer to the Nd:YAG exciting line, the authors examine the orientation dependence of Rayleigh line rejection filters on the low-frequency (Stokes shift) cut-off. The tradeoffs between these factors which affect the quality of the FT-Raman spectrum are discussed.
