摘要
We present a methodology to study the choice of transportation mode. It is dynamic and allows inherent fluctuations in individual behaviour to play a role. The methodology has a deterministic aspect which yields the time evolution of the number of users for a transportation mode and it is based on certain assumptions about the attractivities of each mode, but it is always subject to fluctuations in human behavior. Two models of competition between transportation mode choice are developed. -Authors
