摘要
The essential oils of Lippia multiflora from different regions of the Congo were analysed by GC and GC-MS; their chemical compositions are quite different from those previously described for this species. 2-Methyl-6-methylene-7-octen-4-one (ipsenone) was identified as a component of these oils. This is the first time that this ketonic terpenoid has been found in the plant kingdom. © 1990.
