摘要
Communication: Processible organic materials exhibiting high charge carrier mobilities are a step closer with the development of liquid crystalline photoconducting materials. The mobilities have been measured in Various phase regions over the temperature range from - 100 to 165 degrees C and the influence of different annealing conditions assessed, indicating that these materials could soon compete with amorphous semiconductors in electronics applications.
