摘要
The formation of different types of condensed 5-methyluracil films at the mercury/electrolyte interface was studied by capacitance vs. time transients. The results of single and double potential-step experiments were compared with theoretical models. An example is given for a two-growth-rate process combined with nucleation according to an exponential law. The quantitative analysis was performed by systematic variation of the final potential in the potential-step experiments, which enables the separation of both individual growth processes.
