摘要
Neurons innervating wind-sensitive hairs on the head of Schistocerca gregaria send axons to the suboesophageal ganglion where they form one of two distinct projection patterns. Transplantation experiments show that the type of pattern formed depends upon the origin of the epidermis from which the hair and its associated neuron are derived. © 1979.
