摘要
The distribution of di-n-octyl phosphoric acid (HDOP) between 1 M (NaNO3 + HNO3) and eleven organic solvents was studied radiometrically. The acid dissociation constant, self-association constants and partition coefficients of HDOP were calculated. HDOP forms molecular complexes with methyl isobutyl ketone and butyl-ether. In n-heptane, cyclohexane, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, bromoform, benzene, toluene, chlorobenzene and nitrobenzene the effect of diluent on the self-association and partition of HDOP is determined predominantly by the activity coefficients in the organic phase. © 1968.
