摘要
The influence on magnetic properties of Al3+ substitution of Fe3+ in the spinel crystal structure of ceramic Mg1 Mn0.1 Fe1.9-xAlxO4 is studied. The experimental result, performed with a vibrating sample magnetometer and a.c. hysteresis loop measurements, shows a strong dependence of electromagnetic parameters on the concentration of Al3+ well as on the sintering conditions. In particular the relation between coercivity field and microstructure and the influence of the technological processes on the properties of the material are briefly commented on. © 1990.
