摘要
The effect of varying the matrix, ashing temperature, or digesting agent on the determination of the amount of volatile metals in biological samples was studied. The results showed that changing these parameters can affect the accuracy of the measurements. While it was found that an ashing temperature above 600 °C is impractical for the determination of Pb, Cd and Zn in biological samples, no loss of signal occurred when these compounds were analyzed in an aqueous solution. © 1979, American Chemical Society.
