摘要
Time-resolved luminescence spectra from 0.05 to 1.15, 0.2 to 2 and from 8 to 10 μs and luminescence decays of uranyl ion in aqueous acidic solutions, reveal two emitting species, confirming the previously reported dual luminescence of UO 2 2+ in these media. Results are in agreement with our recently published data, which indicate that the long-lived luminescent species is a *U2O4H4+ exciplex. © 1979.
