摘要
A 4-week exposure to sublethal levels of endosulfan (6.72 ppb) and phosphamidon (109.5 ppm) induced blood dyscrasia in the freshwater fish, Barbus conchonius (rosy barb). Clinical findings included erythropenia, anemia, lymphocytosis, thrombocytosis, monocytosis, and neutropenia. Recovery in clean water, subsequent upon a 4-week pesticide exposure, abolished the effects on lymphocytes, monocytes, and partly on neutrophils but thrombocytosis continued to persist.
