摘要：

The O3, SO4 and TSP distribution and the visibility distribution are studied in a moving high pressure system in the eastern United States. It is shown that as the high pressure system moved into the region, the air pollution concentrations on the back side, relative to the direction of motion of the system, increased rapidly. The visibility had decreased significantly on the back side, but was extremely good on the front side. © 1979.
