摘要：

In patients with arteriosclerosis and a relatively high aortic arch, the left brachiocephalic vein may be located just anterior to the aorta. Such an anatomic relationship could simulate aortic dissection on computed tomography if this variation is not appreciated. © 1979 Raven Press, New York.
