摘要
This paper proposes a functionally distributed computer system for an EMS and a large-scale SCADA system that features parallel processing and independence of subsystems in order to overcome the limitations of overly large and complex systems. Such a system would increase performance, flexibility of expansion, improve reliability and reduce costs. The feasibility of such a system was investigated and results are reported.
