摘要
A mercury microelectrode obtained by the deposition of mercury onto a carbon microelectrode operating in steady-state conditions was used for determining stability constants using a classical polarography method-DeFord Hume's method. As a model system the complexation of cadmium by glycine was chosen and a good agreement was found with literature values and with the results obtained using a conventional dropping mercury electrode.
