摘要
Vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizas were surveyed in several sites disturbed by lead and zinc mining. Soil spore number was measured and an infectivity bioassay was carried out. Spore counts ranged from 6 to 894 spores/100g and infection percent on host plant from 0 to 81. Spores (number and viability), vegetation density, infected root pieces and soil characteristics determine mycorrhizal inoculum potential. © 1990.
