摘要：

The possibility to estimate blood flow distribution within the systemic circulation from the distribution of J-131 labelled macroaggregates of serum albumin was investigated. Infusing these particles into the left ventricle of cats and rabbits a recirculation of about 2-3% is observed. Their peripheral distribution represents that of cardiac output. Cardiac output, arterial pressures and total peripheral resistance remain unchanged during and after the infusion. © 1968 Springer-Verlag.
