摘要
Using HPLC five new phlorotannins were obtained from an ethanolic extract of the brown alga Carpophyllum maschalocarpum after peracetylation. They are carmalols and phlorethofuhalols. Phlorethofuhalols contain more 1,4-diphenoxylated 3,5-diacetoxy-benzene rings than the corresponding fuhalols; carmalols have dibenzo[1,4]dioxin units. By means of spectral analysis the following compounds were identified: diphlorethohydroxy-carmalol nonaacetate, triphlorethohydroxycarmalol undecaacetate, phlorethopentafuhalol-A pentadecaacetate, phlorethopentafuhalol-B pentadecaacetate and diphlorethopentafuhalol-A heptadecaacetate.
