MEASURE OF ELECTRON-ELECTRON CORRELATION IN ATOMIC PHYSICS

摘要
We propose a criterion to determine the numerical degree of global (non-operator-specific) correlation of a multiparticle quantum system and apply it to several situations, including electron-atom scattering and strong-field photoionization. We show that the degree of correlation tends to increase in the presence of the field.
