摘要
1. 1. Protein inhibitors in the haemolymph and integument of the silkworm, Bombyx mori were studied using fungal proteases from Aspergillus melleus and Beauveria bassiana. 2. 2. The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis revealed inhibitor bands A, D, E and F against both proteases in the haemolymph, whereas band D was undiscernible in the integument. 3. 3. DEAE-Sephacel column chromatography showed inhibitor fractions in the haemolymph corresponding to electrophoretic bands and a main peak, F, in the integument was seen against the above proteases. 4. 4. The purified inhibitor F was found to inhibit the germination of conidia and germ tube development of B. bassiana. © 1990.
