(P,N-PI+) REACTION AND THE NN-PI VERTEX

摘要
The cross sections for the reactions 4He(p, nπ+) 4He and 40Ca(p, nπ+)40Ca have been calculated near 500 MeV. The results are extremely sensitive to the form of the NNπ vertex function, and seem to offer a direct experimental test of the so-called 'galilean correction' to the static vertex function. © 1979.
