摘要
The specific growth rate of Haematococcus lacustris is significantly enhanced by the addition of acetate to the culture medium under non-saturating light intensities, as determined at a 99.5%, confidence level. Light intensity affects the specific growth rate either under autotrophic or mixotrophic conditions.
